Wedge T-Profile Silicone Seal Strip is a flexible groove-mounted sealing profile designed for sealing panels, covers, enclosures and equipment. Its T-shaped stem fits securely into a prepared groove, while the wedge-shaped sealing section provides flexible contact with the mating surface.

Made from durable silicone, this sealing strip offers excellent flexibility and good resistance to heat, UV exposure, weathering and aging. The wedge profile can accommodate minor gaps and surface variations, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and equipment sealing applications.

Choose the appropriate profile according to the groove width, groove depth and required sealing contact. Different profile sizes are available to accommodate different installation requirements.

Each specification is identified by its W × H cross-section and model number, with available lengths specified in the product options.

For applications where the sealing strip needs to be inserted into a narrow or deep groove, select a profile with a suitable stem size to ensure secure installation without excessive compression.

Note: Color is specified only for non-standard color options. Products without a color indication are supplied in the standard color shown in the product specifications.

Length Selection Guide

Silicone seal strips are available in different lengths depending on profile size, application requirements, shipping method, and order quantity.

• Standard lengths: Most specifications are available in common lengths such as 1 m, 3 m, and 10 m, suitable for sample testing, replacement parts, and regular applications.

• Large profiles: Due to their larger dimensions and shipping requirements, some long-length options may be limited by standard transportation methods. These profiles can be shipped by express, air freight, or sea freight according to customer requirements.

• Bulk orders: For wholesale orders and engineering projects, we offer longer rolls, custom lengths, and production quantities based on project requirements.

• Custom production: If a requested size or length is not currently listed, we can manufacture it using our existing extrusion tooling. Additional tooling charges may not apply when suitable existing tooling is available.

Silicone Material

Silicone is well suited to applications requiring flexibility and resistance to environmental exposure. Compared with many conventional rubber sealing materials, silicone maintains its flexibility over a wide temperature range and provides good resistance to UV radiation, ozone and weathering.

For applications requiring specific hardness, color, temperature resistance or profile dimensions, customized silicone sealing profiles can also be considered.
