Return & Refund Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality sealing products and ensuring a transparent and fair return and refund process for all customers worldwide. Please review the following policy before placing your order.
ELIGIBLE RETURN WINDOW
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 calendar days of delivery. Return requests must be submitted via our official contact email before sending any items back.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be unused, uncut, and uninstalled
- Original packaging must remain intact
- No physical damage, contamination, or modification
- Custom-made or cut-to-length products are not eligible for return
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-cut foam silicone strips
- OEM or private label products
- Special color or formulation orders
- Clearance or discounted promotional items
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect the returned items:
- Inspection will be completed within 2–3 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
SHIPPING & RETURN COSTS
- If the return is due to product defects or shipping errors, we cover all costs
- If the return is due to customer reasons (wrong order, no longer needed), the customer is responsible for return shipping
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer product exchanges within the eligible return period. Any price differences and shipping costs will be confirmed before processing.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
We provide quality assurance for manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. Warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or incorrect application
- Normal wear and tear
