Product Overview
Metal Backed Strip Brush Seal is an industrial sealing solution featuring brush filaments securely fixed into a durable metal holder. Designed to provide flexible contact and reliable protection, it helps block dust, debris, air, light, and unwanted gaps while allowing smooth movement between surfaces.
The standard configuration uses a 4 × 4 mm metal holder with PP filaments for general sealing applications. Other holder sizes and filament materials are available for custom requirements.
Available filament materials include PP, nylon, steel wire, brass wire, wool, sisal, and horsehair, providing solutions for sealing, protection, cleaning, and specialized industrial applications.
For applications requiring additional mounting support, compatible aluminum profiles and holders can also be supplied as optional accessories.

Shipping Information
Standard shipping length is normally supplied in 500 mm sections due to transportation size limitations.
For continuous lengths of 1 meter or longer, please contact us before ordering. Additional shipping charges may apply due to oversized packaging requirements.
