Product Overview

Expanded PTFE (ePTFE) Gasket Sheet is a high-performance soft sealing material manufactured from expanded polytetrafluoroethylene. Featuring a unique micro-porous structure, it provides excellent chemical resistance, temperature stability, compressibility, and reliable sealing performance.

Available in multiple density grades, this ePTFE gasket sheet can meet different sealing requirements, from flexible sealing applications to higher strength requirements where improved dimensional stability and extrusion resistance are needed.

It is widely used for manufacturing flange gaskets, valve seals, pipeline seals, and other industrial sealing components in chemical processing, food, pharmaceutical, and general industrial applications.

Size Availability

The standard sheet size is 500 × 500 mm, suitable for most industrial gasket fabrication requirements.

Smaller sheet sizes, including 200 × 200 mm and 250 × 250 mm, are available for samples, maintenance applications, and small sealing components.

Larger sheet sizes, including 1000 × 1000 mm and 1500 × 1500 mm, can be supplied upon request. Due to shipping and handling requirements, large-size sheets are available by quotation.
