1. Eligible Return Window: All items qualify for return or exchange within 30 calendar days upon receipt. You must submit a return request through our official email or online contact form before sending items back.
2. Mandatory Return Requirements: Items shall remain unused, uncut, unaltered and unassembled with original packaging completely intact. No scratches, stains, abrasion or physical damage on goods. Custom-length, custom-color and bespoke customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Bulk wholesale custom orders do not qualify for free unconditional returns.
3. Shipping & Return Fees: If returns result from factory defects, incorrect items or delivery errors: we cover all return freight and issue a full refund. If you return items for personal reasons (mis-purchase, no longer required, unsatisfied appearance): you take full responsibility for return shipping fees and any customs charges. Initial delivery fees are non-refundable. International shipments may incur import duties, tax and processing fees, which shall be paid by the liable party.
4. Refund Workflow: Reach out to our support team to obtain return authorization and our designated return address. Reship the package and share your tracking number with us. We will conduct a full product inspection once we receive the returned parcel. For eligible returns, full or partial refunds will be issued to your original payment account within 3–7 business days.
5. Item Exchange Service: Product exchange is available within the valid return period. Additional exchange shipping costs need mutual confirmation in advance.
6. Quality Warranty Coverage; For manufacturing defects occurring during standard service life: We provide after-sales service and free replacement for faulty goods. Warranty does not cover man-made damage, improper installation, misapplication and natural wear and tear.
